Matej Černe is Professor of Management and Organisation at the Faculty of Economics in Ljubljana. His research, teaching and consultancy work focuses on innovation, creativity, organisational behaviour, people management and leadership in the digital age. He has received numerous international awards for his research and has published in top journals in the field of management. He is currently coordinating a virtual platform for the dissemination of research work called Humanising Digital Work.
